As a neurodivergent AuDHD woman I recently felt compelled to dive into my thought and brain patterns of overthinking and being ‘overly’ sensitive. Feeling a need to positively inform those in the orbit of fellow neurospicy’s with a series of positive affirmations, helping us celebrate the super powers of a neurodiverse brain. Using bright colours and textures that get my heart pumping and my pulse racing, I hope you find them as juicy and fun as I do! Watch this space for a book too!
